CPL Approved (single antenna and no auto-lock models)

Two versions available, the standard Country or a City version. Standard Country version has a switch on the antenna; C position for patrol car speed greater than 45 mph, T position for speeds of 45 mph or less (T position introduces additional filtering to reduce RFI effects). An optional ECM (Electronic Countermeasures) module disables auto-lock and alarm features, allows operators to lock target speed and continue to track (read through lock), and has no emissions until in RUN (transmit) mode. Some units use automobile speedometer cable to measure patrol car speed instead of the radar (moving mode only). This feature is intended to eliminate batching errors, and allows officers to operate radar in stop and go traffic without switching radar between stationary and moving mode.

  Patrol Blanking -- blanks Patrol Window when radar LOCKED.

• Indicators
  Standby -- radar ON but not transmitting
  LV / RFI LED
  -- Green -- indicates low voltage (less than 10.8 Vdc)
  -- Red -- indicates RFI

• Speaker -- audio Doppler tone

• Internal Calibration Test (optional)
  Runs automatically within every 15 minutes. During the brief time auto test runs the PATROL SPEED WINDOW displays 32, TARGET SPEED WINDOW displays ICT31. If radar fails auto test both WINDOWS display 00, and the radar disables itself.
