OPERATION

• multi-piece dual antenna system
  -- handheld remote
  -- front and rear antennas (operator selects front, rear, or both)
  -- Computer Processor (32 bit DSP - Digital Signal Processor)
  output connector (RS-232) to interface with PCs, display signs, printer

• X, K, and Ka models (antennas) available.

• Instant On or continuous transmissions

• stationary mode -- on-coming traffic (front and/or rear antennas)
  moving mode -- on-coming traffic in opposite direction/lane (front antenna)
  same-lane (optional) -- traffic traveling same direction/lane as patrol car (front and/or rear antennas)
  NOTE: in same-lane mode patrol car speed must be 20 mph (32 kmh) or greater to acquire targets; target speed must be at least 2 mph (2 kmh) or more (slower or faster) than patrol car speed

  NOTE if both front and rear antennas active (stationary or same-direction/lane mode), target displayed may originate from either the front or rear antenna.

• Track / display a faster target (optional)
  -- In stationary or moving mode FAST button selects faster target for display
  -- In same-lane mode FAST button toggles display between slower (stronger) AND faster targets

  In stationary or same-lane mode faster target may (or may not) orginate from a different antenna (direction) if both antennas active .
