• The LAVEG is a ladar built like binoculars. The laser emitter is built into the viewing lens (right side lens, the left side displays target speed). A prism separates the laser light and viewer. The viewer has an aim spot (dash mark with crosshairs) and 7-power magnification with a 5.3 degrees viewing field. A separate receiving lens contains a photodiode to detect reflections. No aperture for aim-sight alignment/adjustment.
